As the official Property Services Partner of Community RunFest Rayleigh, Arkasian Property Management is helping support an event that brings people, businesses and communities together.
We caught up with Abbie Glasscock from Arkasian to learn more about the business, why fitness and wellbeing matter to their team, and why they believe Community RunFest is such a positive event for Rayleigh and the wider community.
Tell us about your business
Established in 2007, we are a small, family run business with a friendly and dedicated team. We specialise in lettings and block management, offering bespoke services tailored needs. No block is too small, and we pride ourselves on providing personalised, high-quality service.
Located in Rayleigh, we cover Southeast Essex with a team of local experts who possess extensive knowledge of the community. Our membership with the Property Ombudsman ensures we uphold the highest standards in the industry.
Why are you passionate about fitness?
We are passionate about running and fitness because we have experienced first-hand the positive impact they can have on both our physical and mental wellbeing.
Running builds confidence, resilience and community, whilst fitness helps people to feel stronger, healthier and more energised. We enjoy supporting others on their journey, whether it is their first steps or personal goals.
We believe that staying active should be enjoyable, accessible and rewarding for everyone.
How do you feel Community RunFest will benefit everybody?
Community RunFest Rayleigh brings people together to support meaningful causes while promoting health, wellbeing and community spirit.
It encourages people of all ages and abilities to connect with others and raise awareness for important charities and local initiatives.
